MADISON – Thomas G. Disrud, age 22, of 4 Celia Court, died Saturday, September 15, 1984, at Altoona Wisconsin, following a fishing accident. He was born on July 2, 1962 in Madison, and was a senior at the University of Wisconsin, Eau Claire. He was a graduate of Memorial High School where he was on the football team. He was an avid sportsman and a lover of the outdoors. He was a member of the St. Maria Goretti Catholic Church. Survivors are his parents, Gerald and Connie Disrud, three sisters, Laurie Disrud Elle of Madison, and Theresa Disrud and Ann Disrud, both of Madison, a beloved girlfriend, Julie Voegelin of Madison, and his paternal grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Norman Disrud of Madison. Funeral services will be held at ST. MARIA GORETTI CATHOLIC CHURCH, 5405 Flad Ave, at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, September 18. The Reverend Thomas Marr will officiate. Burial will be in Rosetown Memorial Park. Friends may call after 4 p.m. on Monday, September 17 at the JOYCE FUNERAL HOME, 5702 Odana Road, where a prayer service will be held at 7:30 p.m.
